Deep Tissue & Sports Massage in Jacó

Paddling, hiking, golf and long travel days can leave your shoulders, back and legs tight. Our deep tissue and sports massages use firmer, focused pressure on the areas that need it most, at your accommodation.

Both treatments cost $75 per person per hour.

Deep tissue or sports massage?

  • Deep tissue: slow, firm pressure on deeper muscle layers for persistent tightness and knots.
  • Sports massage: focused work plus stretching for the muscles you have been using, before or after activity.
  • Not sure? Tell your therapist what you have been doing and where you feel tight, and they will tailor the session.

Good to know

Firm pressure can leave you a little sore for a day or so. Drink plenty of water afterwards. Tell your therapist about any injuries or health conditions before you start. Massage supports relaxation and muscle comfort, but it is not a medical treatment.

    Your therapist arrives with the table, linens, oils and music, then packs everything away afterwards.

Cancellation: Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
